Wally Don Garcia Calderon is the Officer-in-Charge of the Innovation and Advocacy Group of Small Business Corporation and has extensive experience in strategic planning, policy development and research.
Prior to joining SBCorp, he headed the Planning and Research Units of the Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (2008 to 2014) and Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (2008 to 2014). He was Chief Staff Officer of the Presidential Management Staff (PMS), Malacanang (2002 to 2008).
He earned his Master of Public Policy from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand and his Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from UP Diliman.
